Orders are processed as soon as possible and we aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days (this may take longer during sale periods and busy times). All items purchased on “appro” must be paid for in full and returned within the agreed time frame if they are not suitable. We will exchange full priced items (non-sale) if they are not suitable or sizing is incorrect within 7 days from original purchase.
